"Lee responded early and quickly to me when I was looking for help with a heavily leaking bathroom tap; after sending him a photo of my problem he called me to guide me through where to find a replacement tap I liked the look of and to send him the details; he turned up an hour later with said tap and despite the old tap having completely rusted away underneath, after a lot of effort working in a small space he managed to cut it away and replace it with my new tap. As a bonus, he even replaced my less urgently-leaky old kitchen tap for me in the same visit as I had a new tap ready to fit but no other plumbers had been forthcoming to take on this job. I cannot fault Lee - prompt, courteous, and helpful... and turns up when others don't want to."
